We are seeking a Principal BDR, AI Strategy to identify, engage, and qualify enterprise prospects for our AI transformation platform through sophisticated discovery conversations, demonstrating clear business value articulation and strategic thinking. This role will drive meaningful qualification discussions with senior decision-makers, conduct initial discovery calls, and collaborate with Sales Representatives to advance qualified opportunities into the sales process. This is not any BDR or SDR role, but a specialized role that is designed to drive conversations around AI, and an accelerated path to an enterprise sales executive for high performers.
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; preference for business, economics, computer science, engineering or related fields
2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in enterprise technology, management consulting, or solution selling
Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex technology solutions and their business impact
Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity about artificial intelligence and digital transformation
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage senior executives
Analytical mindset with ability to research prospects and identify business challenges and opportunities
Self-motivated with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding goals
Interest in developing into an enterprise sales role as a clear career progression
Experience with generative AI applications and use cases
Previous startup experience
Understanding of enterprise AI implementation challenges and solutions
Track record of successful business development in emerging technology sectors
